Children
The preschool/children’s ministry at Pleasant Ridge seeks to lay a biblical foundation for each child that will help each child come to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. We use age-appropriate activities and materials to help children grow and mature. We also offer seasonal activities throughout the year, such as Vacation Bible School , summer camps, fun days, and service activities. In all activities we try to provide an environment in which the child can grow physically, socially, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. We work to ensure the child’s safety and security by enforcing child protection policies and procedures in all activities.
 We provide childcare for all services for babies through age 3. Children age 4-5 are encouraged to attend Kid’s in Him during the morning worship service. Our children participate in the worship service for the first few minutes and then are dismissed to Kids in Him.
Extend Session:
Children ages 4 and under go to our Extended Session after Sunday School where they are taught age appropiate worship.They sing, play and have a joyus time of worhsip.
Kids In Him
Kids In Him, a time of worship specifically for kids ages 4 and 5 led by volunteers trianed in Children's Worship. This is a time of teaching children to learn to worship.
