About the event
Series Summary: If someone were to ask you what the story of the Bible is, the answers would probably focus on God’s love demonstrated by sending His Son, Jesus, to save us from our sins. While this is undoubtedly central to the gospel story, it fails to address the whole story, namely, our rebellion. In this series, we look at Scripture in four parts (or four “C’s”): 1) Creation, 2) Corruption, 3) Cross, and 4) Consummation. Interwoven throughout each sermon is a reference to a fifth “C”—the Church. Understanding the Biblical Story is critical for our faith and our evangelistic efforts. We must be able to tell the story. So, what is the story of the Bible? The Bible tells the story of God’s infinite love for His people and His unwillingness to leave us in our sins, so He saves us from the penalty of our error and grants us Eternal Life in a new Creation.
